About ICAPS
Who Are We? The International Center for the Advancement of Pastoral Systems is located in Eastern Oregon. ICAPS founder, Dr. Dennis Sheehy, runs his own beef cattle operation with his family there when he isn't consulting internationally or conducting research. This connection to the rural societies is what drives the work of ICAPS filmmaking, research, and consulting. |
